General lab rules:

• All orders not marked with a paper surface will be printed on luster paper.
• Turnaround times will be posted daily at the processing counter.
• All print orders are due at 4:00PM on specified due day.
• There are no Saturday due dates.
• Rush fees general guidelines are as follows:
• 48 hours – 50%
• 24 hours – 100%
• Same day – 200%
• Rush orders must be prepaid.
• After hours lab opening fee - $150.00 plus 100% rush

Your submission of any negative, slide, print, or digital file for processing or other handling constitutes an agreement that if such negatives, slides, prints or digital files are damaged, whether as the result of negligence or other fault of Pro Photo Connection, Inc., it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed similar film.  The handling and processing of any negative, slide, print or digital file is without warranty and except for such replacement, is without any liability of Pro Photo Connection, Inc., and Pro Photo Connection Inc. is not responsible for damages, consequential or otherwise.  All prices are subject to change without notice.
